A polemic that comes across like a NADA Surf/Talking Heads hybrid with added tinsel. I was completely lost early on because the author was a flurry of self serving tosh but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover because there are hidden layers and resonance to this tune. Not least a chorus that had me choking back the tears at the beauty of it all. We all get angry at Christmas but very few of us are this good at articulating it. KH
