One of the best things about ‘Technicolour Sky’ is that it jumps straight into the theatrics, a full sound that boasts Mamas & the Papas textures via those fulsome harmonies. Could also be Peter, Bjorn and John circa ‘Young Folks’, but Øzwald take it further. So finally can you just imagine the precious I’m From Barcelona with bells on, that’s what Steve Stout and Jason Wade have achieved here. Impressive stuff. KH
