Skinny Dippers – Past Selves

The tell-tale signs were there early on on this latest Skinny Dippers song, namely a pitter patter going on inside of us that only happens when the purest indie pop is in the viscinty. Hardly surprising because Ryan Gross have been having that effect for some time on us and with harmonies in such volumes as to be the very definition of the summer sound of yore. ‘Past Selves’ comes with a lovely lyric sheet full of self-reflection and not feeling any regret as a result. This stellar act just goes from strength to strength. KH
