As debut’s go ‘Wishful Thinking’ (Thom Schotanus and Sofie Ooteman) takes so beating and sure Honey I’m Home lean heavily into ye old shoegaze sound of yore but they’ve brought something new to the party too – a youthful exuberance that shines through in the vocals that bounce amid the tangle of My Bloody Valentine chords.
