Big Other – Thurston’s Nightmare

That sounds like serious thrust, indie rock determination that could burst the door down but it comes with a set of vocalists at the helm that sound like they’d leave the hinges on said entrance. There is a dreaminess to proceedings you see, those billowing harmonies an able foil to the thunder of the playing which just picks up the frenzy the further it progresses. What is best is that ‘Thurston’s Nightmare’ never loses its perspective that we’ve all gathered to hear a song and Big Other supply it is grand flourishes here. A beautiful swathe of noise from Manchester’s Big Other.
