Well this is something completely different from Conflict at Serenity Pools and it makes for a curiousity of a listen as a result. Reminded me most of chief experimentalists Deus who could also drift between folk and rock and all sorts of dreaminess along the way. ‘Summer Ghost’ is as good as its title suggests for there is a sense that we are not alone, a benign rather than malign presence though so underneath all the eclecticism lays a tune to warm the cockles of the heart.
