Emily Irving – Macaroni Eagle

‘Macaroni Eagle’ sounds like a leisurely lounge to me alright, a saunter if you will but set to music and introducing a chanteuse to us with a mix of sweetness and mischievousness and a tone that reminded me of Stina Nordenstam. Makes for a little lollop of a ditty that manages to segue with a summer state of mind, a few drinks and generally not taking things all that seriously. Timely then given the season and crucially a fine tune into the bargain. KH
