The Sways – Someday We Will Dream About Today

Of course I remember our first time around the block with the Sways (new three-piece band, debut EP next month) and it seems they have a constant winning emotional sway to reveal so that we come away from ‘Someday We Will Dream About Today’ feeling better about ourselves. There is a classic folk rock arrangement, lush kind of production and highlighted by a singer who can draw upon an autumnal orchid worth of honeyed harmonies. It rings true because it sounds like a keeper from the very first listen. KH
