Kimchii & Saturday, Monday – I Still Got You (On My Mind)

What I like best about this track is that it shows no signs of ever flagging. If anything it builds from a start that displays a bright-eyed approach to grooves that drink from the well of eternal youth. Kimchii are wide-eyed throughout, like they’ve taken something from the undergrowth and shown it the light for the first time and the delight is apparent to all. Doesn’t really matter what genre you call home when a tune comes along like this that has captured the elixir of life it becomes mandatory. KH
