I really did like the opening on ‘Declaration’, felt all the world like an act who was willing to push the boundaries by going their own way. And that is an altogether rare decision these days, much less rarer that the Dutch act in question has the acumen to turn it into a fully realised piece of uplifting music. There is simply no limits on ‘Declaration’ so it bursts at the seams with creativity and proved impossible to predict where it would turn next. Reassuring brilliance. KH
