Plastic Orchestra – Foot in Mouth

Such a shuffle rhythm section, a beat that is full of fun and a chord arrangement that tells us that when it comes to Australia’s Plastic Orchestra things are going to colourful. In fact ‘Foot in Mouth’ operates in such a fashion it almost has the giddy gravitas to get the summer vibes going in deepest winter. There is an indefatigable sense of wonder here and it is purely infectious. Has done B-52s but less kooky and more foot tapping tune centric. Grace Snow keeps things ticking over until that bad old day has turned a brighter shade of happy. KH
