Christian Alexander – You

The sound of insects pulling the strings, or at least it sounds that way. Seems Christian Alexander was just preparing us for his style of folk and it was Sufjan Stevens who you’ll be most reminded of. ‘You’ is a love song with grandeur and offers a spirit and gusto with a fairytale rhythm but also a brass section to set the pulse racing. For a finish it has us thinking Sweden’s finest Loney, Dear and all the cherubic feelings that is packaged with such things. KH
