The Library is On Fire – Intrusive Thots

Had me thinking of the quieter parts of ‘Loveless’ by My Bloody Valentine and this Brooklyn act are good for such lofty experiences because they mix up the fuzz and feedback with a tune and vocal melodies. So ‘Intrusive Thots’ is appealing to the 90’s loving gallery and I count myself among their number. The Library is on Fire takes us right back to another time when the independent spirit was everywhere and the rebellious spirit was present in a loud and adventurous sound. Enlivening noise. KH
