In Heather – Walking Up To The Lighthouse

A lolloping kind of approach from In Heather and it was giving me alt 90’s vibes until we copped that this band have a fair degree of folk to their offering. So we scattered in our thinking as to how to categorise ‘Walking Up The Lighthouse’. The more informed approach felt like it best we drop all the guessing and just glory in the summer glow of this harmonic piece of woozy glamour. They don’t really make acts like this anymore, though we have the Coral (there is a lot of Gomez here too), and more’s the pity for I flippin’ love what I am hearing here from this Manchester act who have just released their debut EP ‘Nothing Vicious’.
