Oh the reverb of it all, I could wallow and bathe in that opening all day long. Toronto’s Black-Headed Gull piece in a vocal that is in keeping with all the dreaminess so that ‘Hello Again’ feels like the sort of haunting that discovers a home in our contemplative side. Psychedelic pop that moves with glacial poise and with it a sense of swooning happening all around right up to a crescendo that was needed to offer licence to completely lose oneself completely in the tapestry.
