Pina Palau – Atwater

That is a lovely flotilla of jangle, the kind that would remind you of summer and in addition to the vocals it felt like we were in Camera Obscura territory. Of the kind that we can draw upon when things get tough. And I say that because there is something entirely innocent and pleasantly indie pop going on here. And a tune that feels like this Swiss act has staying power and a lovely way to turn even the most decrepit of days around. A perfect piece of music. KH
