I like me head swirls and this Texan outfit are giving a near perfect rendition of one just about now. ‘A Finch That Flew Beyond The Sky’ is taken from their debut ‘In The EP’ and distinguishes itself by not being like a song at all. Instead it positions itself as an absorbing swell of soothing sounds that gently rub off each other without ever hanging around for long enough for it to be construed as unfit for young ears. This should be emailed to the association of relaxation room proprietors who would on discovering the piece kick the endlessly looping underwater mammal recordings to touch.
