Don’t know about you but I like my music to big, bold and splendiferous. Nothing like an off-kilter anthem to change the course of a day for the positive. Like when I came across this track from Kettering act Temples, a nuance psyched-out beauty which has the added bonus of glorying in the left of centre rather than the path of least resistance. Cast that suit aside and get into something more comfortable before you set out on your mission to change the world. Haven’t felt this way about a song since ‘Sweet Disposition’ so if cascading harmonies, subtle key changes and giant spiralling synths are your bag (your bagshaw even) you’ve found a headphone filler for life.
