Fancy a mix-mash of LCD Soundsystem and Human League? Well ‘Lemons’, by Atlanta quintet Dot.s, bubbles away with enough intention to deserve that description without ever feeling the need to reach a crescendo where movement is obligatory. Dot.s, you see, are just happy to keep the jaunty synth-derived good times flowing and with summer finally making its presence known it feels altogether timely. KH
