Now that is quite the 80’s electro pop stomper, pulsating with intention and with memories of Jean Michel Jarre but with an attention to dancefloor that was not always the first port of call for the French voyager. I was taken early owing to the advances and retreats and with Vaquero (dedicated to the Mexican cowboy) in a constant state of evolution a state of weekend was palpable. Still it is never overwhelming, flush with enough personality however that it could help put electronica back to where it belongs. If Daniel Avery is on your dinner table then this may well be the ravishing dessert. What a debut release! KH
