Such a lively sort this ‘Monolab’, the kind that would remind one of New Order but there is if anything something even more energetic to the patter here. The band expressedly used old equipment and it shows because there is a nice 90’s thread running right through it. London’s Guilt Coins bring an effervescence to the party, a rare commodity and the kind of baggy stomper that traditional meant so much to us. KH
