Must say I like a lot about this song but perhaps it is the ferocity that rings true the most, like the Breeders used to do when they’d smash their collective cannonball through our quiet and ordered life. And there was something almost Beth Orton about the opening, not clear that we were about to face into a most tempestuous of sounds fuelled by the sort of emotions we need a whole lot more of these days to prove that there is anger and rage left in this indie world of ours. Rinse and repeat and relive those alt rock stompers of yore. Girl powderkeg. KH
