A proper bedroom feel to this track from Ontario based James Wyatt Crosby, lots of little production nuggets wherein the song gets bolstered with another pretty trinket of sound and so we instantly feel closer to the artist. That is just extenuated by the loveliest of chorus’ that has indie pop heaven written all over it. As a result ‘Shadow of a Ghost’ amounts to this blog’s stock in trade, delicate harmonies and personal effects that never get old because they are produced by a creative with a full grasp on how to put together a memorable 3 minutes together. Was reminded of peak Matthew Jay and that always results in a yelp of delight from ye olde hugger. KH
