SeepeopleS – Two Silhouettes

I moved my ear closer to the speaker to get a proper feel for the harmonies, were they really cascading forward like a summer tune we’d hear on the radio years ago and never get to catch the artists name. ‘Two Silhouettes’ you see has a classic pop bent and given they have been on the go for over two decades it is clear they have polished their Teenage Fanclub like turns. Slide guitar adding some differentiation but the core is of a river of harmonies that just make it feel good to be in its company. Engaging as can be this is superior stuff with Will Bradford at the helm, and then it was over in a flash and about to be on repeat play for most of the rest of the afternoon. KH
