Sun Airway – Nightbirds

There’s something vintage going on for sure, the squirting electronics and the rolling harmonies that could have us back in the summer of love or at least to a place where Teenage Fanclub were still releasing peak music. Philadelphia’s Sun Airway sure have captured a dreamy mood here, flourished of chiming chords, ravishing harmonies and the general flow of a summer tune just as we need it with winter’s grip about to take hold. A welcome few minutes of sunshine pop for the dormant Beach Boys fans out there. KH
