Los Vii – Macchina

Such a gentle drift this, the kind we’d have on constant rotation when we’re visiting sunnier climes and in need of even more tropical sustenance. Los Vii do things so subtly so the pressure if off the listener, instead it is an exercise in horizontalism if you care to take the opportunity. A sliver of Air in the arrangements but also of a psychedelic bent that means that ‘Macchina’ never gets tired. An opportunity to evade the norm and take a trip to the land of make believe from Spain’s Los Vii. Reminded me of ‘Another Brick in the Wall’ by Pink Floyd at one stage funnily enough. KH
