Flying Teapot – The Light

Easy to like an duo named Flying Teapot, I mean it suggests fantasy and comfort in one. ‘The Light’ progressed us further down the line towards loveville it must be said because amid the slow cultured beats was a harmonic vocal line that made like high summer. And we all need a little warmth in that department, something that adds a sprinkle of easy pleasantries to proceedings. I was reminded of Air such were the classy electronic noodling and the general sense that we could be floating before we know it such is the levity encapsulated on ‘The Light’. So very nice from this French duo. KH
