My oh my there is just so much joy intended here, practiced too it must be said and if I was several eggnogs in I’d have pegged ‘Paintwork’ as as a Christmas song. It sure has the spirit of cheer deep in its psyche and willing to share it among all and sundry. If nothing else Cleveland’s Matt McClean has come up with a bright ray of sunshine in the form of a dreamy cavalcade headed up by a singer who has all the happiness in the world to impart. Properly joyful and triumphant. KH
