Log Flume – December’s Ending

Sure does lay down some impressive 90’s styled riffs and that combination with the melodic word flow gives ‘December’s Ending’ something of a Teenage Fanclub quality. And such things always bring brightness and hope to our door so Log Flume are instantly one up on their contemporaries. Though among the shortest tracks I’ve heard in some time every base is covered i these 90 seconds to place ‘December’s Ending’ in the box marked cherished indie-rock anthem. The perfect antidote to insufferable January. KH
