Beeef – Observational Eros

Our type of band alright, I mean every indication pointed to that kind of embrace from Boston’s Beeef. First the guitars are tuned loud but tunesome and of course there is a singer with a bag full of emotional words and a way to dispatch them to have us singing along in time. ‘Observational Eros’ takes me right back to a time when the alternative was everywhere, I’m thinking the 90’s, and we were in heaven and Guided By Voices, Superchunk and Built To Spill were all around. Beeef are keepers of the indie rock alright. A gem of a few minutes. KH
