Alta Luna – Faces

The growing confidence of ‘Faces’ is the thing that marked out this track from Dutch 5-piece Alta Luna for me. In other words we were eased into proceedings before being immersed in a big container load of sadness and down-in-the-mouthism but it still comes across like a track that could soar across music festival fields with all present on board with its teachings. Post-rock drama, a man on the ropes but the everlasting feeling that passion will see him over the hill and into the sunset with a smile on his face. KH
