Glom – Below – mp3hugger

I don’t think I’d ever have expected such a mature kind of reflection from the New York based Glom but that is eventuality with maturity I guess. Thankfully and most importantly they haven’t forgotten what made them such a stirring prospect in the first place so we get plenty of melancholic Grandaddy like slacker drifts and a lead vocal that will have them swaying in the aisles while we’re at it. Yep ‘Below’ could have come from ‘Under The Western Freeway’ and there can never be enough of that sound, grown-up contemplation it seems does have it perks after all. KH
