The Dwindles – The Moment I Wake Up

It is the jangle that hits you first, the indie qualities with a hint of twee but Canada’s the Dwindles make it so that the sense of romance feels like we’re part of the plot. And with this degree of chiming and vocal melodies the charm offensive is enough to win us over. I’ve been listening to music like this for a long time and ‘The Moment I Wake Up’ is the best kind, thoughtful but most of all full of exuberance and innocence and all things nice. KH
