Pearl Moth – Impending Bloom

I like that title, suitable for the indie pop romance that emerges from Rome’s Pearl Moth. So threadbare at first too but bursting at the seams with intent at the same time so we were waiting on baited breath for the denounement. This is stirring the pot but not revealing the ingredients until the midway point and then delivering a record that is most alt 90’s in direction but with an undeniable mystical thread that raises the bar even further. A terrifically entertaining act. KH
