Those Looks – Passing Through

Interesting pulsation from this New Jersey troupe, the kind that gets under your skin but never makes it crawl. And that is down to the subtly in the Those Looks approach as they shift from rock to country to indie pop in the flicker of a chord. There is a hint of Fleetwood Mac in there too, but the vital, youthful and exuberant version. ‘Passing Through’ cascades and shifts through the gears at once and it all shapes up like one of 2025’s best. A keeper for sure. KH
