Christina’s Trip – F.B.A.T.

There is such an abrasive tone to proceedings early doors it could be that we were in a Pixies or Breeders onslaught but then the neatest of ethereal vocals took the edge off instantly. I was so glad of that, I am not sure the screeching guitars were bearable without an alter ego but when taken together ‘F.B.A.T.’ comes across like a glorious return to 90’s independent rock. By the end it felt like we’d ascended into the cloud and were rocking it out in indie heavens. KH
