Opened up like an old school rhapsody from the likes of ELO and Swiss act Moon Construction Kit don’t do anything to shift that mode of operation either. They have a pop sensibility and its place in the pantheon of driving soundtrack for 2026 and beyond appear to be on steady ground. What I really took from ‘Right Across The USA’ was such a sense of fun, grabbing life by both hands and offering up a soundtrack that the rest of us can make like we’re along for the wonderful ride. Just a happy go-lucky few minutes, life affirming stuff. KH
