The Tryouts – Chewing Gum

This duo do twist things in a fashion that makes it sound as if the guitars could draw blood but that was never going to be the abiding memory of ‘Chewing Gum’. Nope it becomes as sticky and adhesive to our approving glands because behind all the rock excess is a tune that packs a chorus with harmonies a-go-go. In other words the Tryouts have taken a classic formula and got our salivating glands working overtime perfectly. KH
