Like a baby ‘Surface To Air’ (Chemical Brothers) is beats a path to your heart with the efficiency of a freshly sharpened surgeons knife. Wingdings is the side project of Limerick man Steve Ryan, his main job being with spunky guitar necks giveamanakick. Wingdings has supported an Arab Strap, Smog and a mouldy piece of Sugar in the last few months and his self-titled debut has been on the shelves since last summer. On this evidence he could be soon breaking hearts as well as the rules. KD
