It might be from a different stratosphere to the one that propelled Mitch Davis to soundtracker of consumer good extraordinaire but the ‘The Trouble With Flying’ is no less enticing. It is taken from his album of the same name and proved that Orba Squara was more than capable of retaining his sense of perfect timing. And the good times just keep rolling because as recently as last Christmas Davis scored a number one on iTunes for his, not straying too far from the traditional seasonal template, ‘What I Want For Xmas’. A really admirable talent. KD
