Mogwai! They are so brilliantly unique and they pour so much passion and creative energy into all their songs. Like Herod is one of my favs.

It would have to be Aereogramme. They could go from heartbreakingly beautiful to kick-you-in-the-ear, all-out noise at the drop of a hat. Sometimes during one song. Also, “My Heart Has A Wish…..” was pretty much the soundtrack to those late nights/early mornings sitting up with a newborn that thought 2am was a spiffy time to be active.

School Disco – Bis. The band changed my life as much as I’m sure they changed the lives of many.

Struggling, that’s one of the toughest questions ever. I’ll say Delgados as The Great Eastern was probably my first CU album. And I keep hoping they will reform! Please!
