The beach scene on the artwork to Londoner Paul Cook’s latest single ‘Do It Again’ is instructive for this is a piece of levity to get the sun back and doing its job of warming our bones. There is a psychedelic aspect here, and a reminder of one of our 90’s faves Adorable, but also a generous adherence to euphoria periodically which makes ‘Do It Again’ something of an all things to all people kind of proposition. It definitely stirred up something deep inside of me and with that it felt that finally, maybe we might just have turned a corner towards better times. KH
