Georgia Mulligan – Omissions

One things that really impressed me about ‘Omissions’ was the big production, I could feel in the pit of my stomach because of the grandiose lacquer. So in terms of making a good first impression Sydney’s Georgia Mulligan sure does tick most of the boxes. And 30 seconds later when she drops by it is clear that she is going to paddle her own canoe because there is a range of intonations that feel like they have come from somewhere original. These days that is really something to celebrate. A folk strain in there but this ‘Omissions’ all the hallmarks of a big rock opus too. KH
