Club 8 – Just Like Heaven

It’s almost as if they’ve recorded this is a bubble levitating overhead somehow such is the light and airy qualities, the dreamy lo-fi alternative and as ever as you’d expect from a Club 8 track all the head bops that you can throw at it. And no it has nothing to do with the Cure. ‘Just Like Heaven’ has a tiny beating heart, sounds like it has been with us forever and crucially that it will be with us forevermore. Tap tap, melodic interluding and just the right amount of twee means we’re served up a ravishing plate of indie pop. KH
