Neighbourly – She’s Going Out

Now that is a mildly psychedelic approach on ‘She’s Going Out’, actually who am I kidding it is positively woozy in its approach – all over off-kilter before settling into a funky groove before the first minute is out. With those vocals in there just stirring the pot it is clear that Canada’s Neighbourly have more than a hint of mischievousness about their shtick and it makes for compelling stuff. Not least because there is so much going on so we are assured of plenty of unheard diversions on return visits. I love me a bit of bonkers every now and then and ‘She’s Going Out’ sure does supply that in spades. KH
