Cheer Up Club – Settle

‘Settle’ is a noisy sort of rock stomp, a singer who might have just shifted his hangover and is drinking again such is his languid but up for it performance. And he is ably supported by playing that can throw its weight around to a degree that ‘Settle’ feels restless and up for the big talk and all the action to go with it. We really do need acts like this, tousling with our sense of decorum and turning furniture upside in the process. The fire, the grunge and the urgency that is rare these days, bring it on! KH
