Make Believe Love – Trapped in a Maze

It is a funky sort for sure, an attitude bundle that sees the riffs, percussion and singer Lucas Berman working in tandem to showcase a case of youthful exuberance set to music and ‘Trapped in a Maze’ results in nothing but something joyful as a result. The real revelation comes at the chorus however, a jump into light fandango that I couldn’t have seen coming so we get some punk but with the payoff of a pop fuelled centre-piece and that is deserving of our support. Yep, Make Believe Love have produced the genuine romance of a keeper here! KH
