Leila Jane – Satellite Station

A kooky kind of over the rainbow presentation and in a world that is increasingly moving in one dull sludgy identical way we need acts such as Dublin based Leila Jane to show us the way. ‘Satellite Station’ is folk but it also moves beyond long stars into the middle distance and down the path, perhaps yellow in tone to a world where we have retained our childlike wonder. Of course it wouldn’t matter a damn if the song didn’t stack up and thankfully Leila Jane has ticked that box too. A proper pick me up. KH
