Onwards now to another part of Scandinavia, this time Gothenburg and a band that are truly in awe of the Smiths. Never been a huge Smiths fan myself, more into what they’ve inspired really (Dears for example). ‘Simple Thing’ is self-explanatory; a well-rounded ode to what the Moz could ring off in his sleep, not that that is to be flippant about a terrifically pleasant tune. And at just over 2 minutes it’s not exactly going to ruin your day if you are offended by the mild sense of plagarism on show.
