Le Trouble – Fine Line
Le Trouble is a Montreal based act that includes contributors from that city and the distant town of Jamberoo (NSW, Australia). They formed after a chance meeting and the fruit of their union can be heard on the recently released ‘Reality Strikes’ LP. Only starting to delve inside now following the prompt supplied by ‘Fine Line’. This is a slow build of a tune, drenched in jangle and cute indie boy vocals, that at first appears a little underwhelming but proves to have impressive longevity. Think the Shins before they started to over-think things. KD
